Photo dump

It's a photo dump day! Here is what we've been up to lately:

A little baby sitting:

We watched R a month or so ago. Ari was very excited to help feed her, and to change her diapers. She loves helping with and taking care of babies.

We also watched cousin N one day. They had fun playing, and share a love for Mickey.

We also watched our neighbor friend for a little bit. Girls have moves!

The Zoo with Katie and Braedon:

 Ari was enjoying the new splash park there until one of the big fountains turned on while she was standing over and looking into it. It was like a geyser went off in her face, guys. Poor girl was so upset, and drenched. Luckily, I had a change of clothes, but it was pretty sad. We still managed to have a good time. I find it kind of ironic that in my few pictures at the zoo, there are no animals.

Ari loves her Uncle Braedon.

Thanksgiving Point Farm:

We went with Grandma Sue one time.  Ari was begging for a pony ride, so that is why we went there.

We fed the goats. There was a mean bully goat that pushed the cute, smaller goats out of the way. Nobody likes a bully goat, people. 

Ari was naughty so we put her in jail. Too bad she liked it.

We also went with cousins C and N, and Uncle Tom, Aunt Melissa, and Grandma Dawn. This is while waiting for everybody else to get there.

And they're here! Look how excited they are to be forced to sit there for a picture when cows and horses that they can pet are mere feet away!

Again, in jail.... and liking it.

I think this was cousin C's first pony ride. She's riding like a pro.

Chuck E Cheese:

 They had a machine that "drew" your picture while you sat in front of it. Ryan was trying to hold Ari still, but also have her at the right height so the thing actually saw her. You can tell she's having a GREAT time. 

 Riding a monster truck thingy with C. I love that these girls have so much fun together.

Driving like a pro. The girls had fun playing games, and so did the grown ups! 

Bear Lake:

We got to go to Bear Lake with Ry's cousins for Labor Day. I think Ari spent 80% of our time there in this swing.

Chase and Maria's friends had an 8 yr old that was SO good with Ari. She loved him!!

We took a tour of the Minnetonka cave that is just up from Bear Lake. I had to wake Ari up from her nap to go, so that is why I got this look.

On the way home. I sure love my beautiful girl.

Something about my kid sleeping in the car while snuggling her puppy just melts my heart.

Random Stuff:

Ryan got a gas mask for work because they have a mold infestation. Ari was very excited about it when he brought it home, and insisted on wearing it. When we put it on, she asked if she looked scary. What little girl wants to walk around in a gas mask? This one!

Cuddles with Dad. She cuddles with dad, and snuggles with mom. We don't know what the difference is, but if you say the wrong one, she gets very mad at you. 

Ari is very imaginative, and she cracks us up with the things she says all the time. Last week when Ryan picked her up from daycare, she said that a monkey attacked her and bit her forehead. Today she pulled Ryan's shirt down, pointed to his chest hair and said, "Beard!" Ryan didn't think it was all that funny, but Ari and I thought it was hilarious!
